- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made, personalized, or sale items are non-returnable unless defective.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for returns.
3. How to Initiate a Return

- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
